What Moovlin collects

What you give directly. The contact form on the contact page asks for your name, phone and email, and optionally your business name, what you need help with, and a message. The Book a call form asks for your name, phone and email, plus the day and time you pick. If you email or call, Moovlin keeps what you send.

How you found the site. When you first visit, a small cookie on this site notes where you came from: the page you landed on, the site that sent you (such as Google or Facebook), and any campaign tags or ad click IDs in the link. It lasts 90 days. If you later send a form, that information is saved with your message so Moovlin knows which marketing is working.

Basic visit data. Like most websites, this one records standard technical details such as your browser, device type, the pages you view and a general location, through Google Analytics and the hosting provider.

How it is used

• To reply to your message and set up and hold your call.
• To send the confirmation email for a booked call.
• To follow up about the work you asked about.
• To understand which pages, searches and ads bring in inquiries, and improve the site.
• To keep the site secure and filter out spam.

Moovlin may occasionally send updates about its services. Every one of those emails can be stopped by replying or emailing support@moovlin.com with “Unsubscribe.”

What Moovlin does not do

• Moovlin does not sell or rent your personal information.
• This site does not show third-party ads.
• Moovlin does not make automated decisions about you based on your information.

Services that help run this site

Some information passes through companies that provide the tools this site runs on. They handle it to provide their service, under their own privacy policies:

• WordPress.com hosts the site and its forms.
• Google provides analytics (Google Analytics), web fonts and email.
• Trustindex displays Moovlin’s Google reviews on the site.
• ShortPixel delivers the site’s images.
• Akismet filters spam in forms and comments.

Moovlin may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files your browser stores. This site uses them to remember how you first arrived (see above), for Google Analytics, and for basic site functions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though forms will not record how you found the site. You can also turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.

How long it is kept

Messages and call requests are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation and any work that follows, and are deleted on request. Records tied to paid work, such as invoices, are kept as long as tax rules require. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask Moovlin to show you the personal information it has about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask to stop receiving emails. Email support@moovlin.com and it will be handled promptly. Depending on where you live, such as the European Union, the United Kingdom or certain US states, you may have additional rights under local law, and Moovlin will honor them.

Keeping it safe

The site runs on secure HTTPS connections, and access to form submissions is limited to Moovlin. No website can promise perfect security, but if a breach ever affected your information, Moovlin would let you know and act to fix it.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not meant for children under 13. Moovlin does not knowingly collect information from children. If that ever happens by mistake, it will be deleted.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including client sites. Their privacy practices are their own, so check their policies when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new date at the top.
